Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch
Order cancellation requests need to be made within 12 hours before the order is dispatched.
For prepaid orders, a full refund will be issued if cancellation is made before dispatch.
After Dispatch
Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not possible. You may return the order after delivery (return charges may apply). For prepaid orders, shipping charges will be deducted before processing the remaining order value.

Return Policy
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
- Hygiene-sensitive items such as teethers, rattles, and feeding products cannot be returned unless received damaged or defective.
- In case of buyer-initiated returns, shipping charges will be deducted on actuals for onwards and return shipment. If the return is due to our error or transit damage, shipping charges will not be deducted.

- Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging for verification.
- Our team will confirm eligibility and arrange pickup (where available) or guide you on self-shipping.
Exchange
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or refund as per your preference.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product
Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item by emailing us at info@pingoplaytoys.com or Call/WhatsApp +91 9650685986.
- Share unboxing photos/videos clearly showing the issue.
- Once verified, we will send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund.
- Please note that requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
Refunds
Refunds are initiated within 5–7 working days after the returned product passes quality checks at our warehouse.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
- Hygiene-based products (teethers, rattles, feeding accessories)
- Customised or personalised items
- Clearance sale or “final sale” items
Important Notes
- Products returned without prior confirmation will not be accepted.
- If the returned product fails quality checks (used, damaged, or missing parts), the refund/exchange request will be declined and the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.
- We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
- Pingo Play Toys reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case an incorrect price is listed or for any other reason. In such situations, we will update you via email or call and refund 100% of any payment you may have made.
- If non-delivery occurs due to incorrect or incomplete name/address provided by the customer, non-availability of recipient at delivery time, or related customer-side reasons, any extra costs for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.
